2. Daily Exercise. Our body badly needs to have an exercise everyday for the proper circulation of our entire body organs. If we don’t then be ready to absorb the possible illness that you may encounter in your middle old age.
3. Relationship with your Family. Definitely! I guess, I don’t need to explain this much further. I assume that you all know what do I mean on this matter.
4. Relationship with your Friends, Relatives. I know that each of us has our own limitations. Limitations that entitle us to choose those people whom we wanted to meet and be friend. But I guess a healthy lifestyle includes a healthy relationship with your friends and relatives. Don’t try to limit yourself to know more about them.
5. Relationship with your Loved-ones. Everyone of us has our own destiny. Destiny of love and future life. A partner that will be with you for the rest of your life. We all must have a strong relationship and trust with them for they are the person whom we settle down for the rest of our lives.

Back to the GYM...

Yup!... I been planning to be back attending the gym session for 1 to 2 hours a days 'cause honestly, I already got a quite to big tummy right after I quit on the gym way back a year ago due to some personal reasons ans quite hectic schedules I got from work. I'll be planning to enroll tomorrow morning. In fact, I'm excited to attend the session again as I really have too 'cause I can't take anymore the excessive fats I got and its getting bigger everyday!... How about you guys? Do you plan to have a gym session? I guess, regular exercise even if its not done at the gym is quite important for all of us 'cause this keeps us physically healthy and mentally awake.

Quite long Vacation...

Yikes!... Just got back from my native town Iligan City, Philippines where I celebrated my Christmas and New Year with my family and friends. A quite so long vacation I have! Too tiresome actually! Don't know why but I actually enjoyed! In fact, I been also to Tangub City, Philippines my birth place were we have a reunion in my Mom's side. Its was not actually my intention to be there since, it was actually a tiring journey again but don't have choice but to be there for just one 1 night and 1 day 'cause my Granny's Sister is begging us to attend the reunion. In fact, even my Mom is not interested to be there since we actually don't have a budget to be there but we can't resist to my Granny's Sister besides I have never been there for about 9 years already since when I was still a little child then. Amazing right!... Anyway, I actually don't enjoy the travel through I've seen those amazing Giant Christmas decorations in Tangub. Don't know why but still thankful that I happened to spend time with them even just in a couple of days and hours. Thanks to my granny!...
