Relief Stories: Break-up Letter

Doing so would be a sin, but just that I think its enough that you already know the feelings I have inside for you. I don't really care what other people might say because what matters most at this time is to show my sincerity in all the things I do for you..

Knowing that you has made me everything meaningful to me giving me more reasons to love my life and treasure all the things that I already have. Lets just say that I once found very hard to face. You have become my inspiration in everything I do in the hope of becoming the perfect one for you. But I guess what I am will never be enough for you.

It has been very nice being with you. Time just slipped away when we talked about the things that never really mattered to me before until you made me aware of them that was when I discovered that may things are indeed interesting. Well maybe its not the topic itself but the way you expressed yourself in the voice that lingers in my ears and words that echo eternally in my mind. All those things have made me happy more that anything. I never expected that after then would come great sorrow when I realized that they were never meant for me.

Loving you has made a mixed feeling of joy and sorrow. I cant really explain the feeling and I dont want to please dont think that I regret having known you because you are the most memorable gift that fate has blessed my life with. You still are and always be.I guess when you’re gone, ill stop living. Without you life will hold no more meaning. Even so I know time will heal the wounds created but the scars will always be there to remind me that I have loved and lost someone as good as you.

Back Pain Prevention...

Basically, there is no clear evidence that you can prevent low back pain. Almost everyone experiences it at some time. But there are some things you can do to help prevent low back pain. * Exercise to keep your back healthy and strong. Exercise programs that include aerobic conditioning and strengthening exercises can help reduce the recurrence of low back pain.
* Learn how to lift objects safely to protect your back.
* Protect your back while sitting. Standing posture is also important. When you stand, your ears, shoulders, hips, and knees should be in line with one another.
* Try different sleeping positions that protect your back. If you sleep on your side, try putting a pillow between your knees. If you sleep on your back, use a pillow under your knees. You can also try rolling up a small towel and using it to support your lower back.
* Maintain a healthy weight to avoid excess strain on your lower back.
* If you’re a smoker, quit. Smoking increases your risk of bone loss (osteoporosis) and increases your sensitivity to pain. Smoking also interferes with blood circulation by tightening the arteries, which makes it harder for blood to flow, and by decreasing the amount of oxygen the red blood cells can carry. Spinal discs do not have their own blood supply, but receive nutrition in part from the blood supply to the vertebral bones above and below them. Toshiba TG Phone...

Rumoured has been speculated that Toshiba’s TG family of mobile phones will soon have new members besides the already known TG01, namely the TG02 and TG03. The company’s roadmap has been recently leaked into the wild, and the new Snapdragon-based devices have been spotted there, though they are reported to not come as major upgrades compared to the TG01. This devices have identical physical characteristics, meaning that they measure 129 x 70 x 9.9 mm, include a 4.1-inch display able to offer a 480 x 800 pixel resolution, and they all pack the 1GHz Snapdragon CPU. The last two are both expected to come to the market in the third quarter of the ongoing year, while running under the Windows Mobile 6.5 operating system.

The TG02 and TG03 are not the only handsets spotted in the company’s leaked roadmap, as the Toshiba K01, the K02 and the Toshiba L01 are worth mentioning as well. Both K01 and K02 sport the Snapdragon 1 GHz CPU and run under the Windows Mobile 6.5 platform, yet the K01 comes as a QWERTY slider with a 4.1-inch capacitive touchscreen display, while the K02 features a flip form factor and includes a 3.5-inch resistive display. While both of them have a 3.15-megapixel camera and HSPA, the K02 sports an additional display and ten more keys on the front.

Toshiba L01 is a Windows Mobile 6.5-powered handset with a 1GHz CPU that includes a 7-inch display and comes with an optional detachable QWERTY keyboard, resembling some sort of an MID device. It is expected to hit the market in the forth quarter of the year, along with the Toshiba K01 and K02.
