The Santos family was formerly from Bulacan. The family always enjoy of going out together for leisure and to rejuvenate. The business started when they came here in Cebu during the early 90’s. They built a house at Barangay Biasong Talisay.
They made 2 pools and 4 cottages just for family use, but surprisingly their neighbors noticed their pool and wanted to go swimming begging their owner to let them use with the agreement that they will just pay for using the facilities. As the years pass, they slowly developed, added services and enhanced the placed. it is now called Villa Teresita Resort.
It has more pools, restaurants, function rooms, 24-hour room service, videoke, disco (Saturday Only), billiard, laundry & pressing service, catering service for all occasions, and package tour accommodations. Villa Teresita has been known to the public for more than 10 years.
