Pets in Tokyo!

Just want to share something about my vacation in Tokyo, Japan before. It was on early of July 2007 when I arrived in Tokyo. I was really amazed on what I see. Tall building, trains, Japanese people, the culture, food, the climate and everything. It was actually my first encounter on the said country and prior that that vacation I've never experience to go to other countries which is one of the very reason why I was amazed of the place.

One scenario that really captures my attention was the fact that most elderly Japanese womens and even mens loves to bring their homed pets while buying foods or just strolling the city. One good thing I love was the fact that they loved to buy toys for cats specially those womens whom I think is really old enough and its the only companion they had at home. Another thing was they loved to go to a pet smart department store where they can buy anything for their pets. Aside from that, they also love to buy a terrarium where they can use it to display at home. That's how they use to live their simple life.

Though it was not the exact scenarios that happened but based on my observations thats the usual thing they do. And you know what? Japanese people are very respectful. If I could have a chance to go back to Tokyo, Japan I'll definitely take the chance and I will always well.

Cargo to home!

Just this morning, I’ve already packed all the baggage left in my cabinet and put it in the box for cargo. I've actually imported several items to home through cargo as I want them to enjoy some little things I have in here. Oh! You guys might wonder wehere I am. I'm currently here in Abu Dhabi, UAE.

I’ve actually bought several types if chocolate as they all want it likewise they've requested it from me several months back when I was in Phil back last year. Well, as always the same thing I’ve heard it from them when I use to call to buy them chocolates, clothes, and some other imported things. Well, I can’t resist to all they want as long as I can see that they’re happy for it. In fact, one of my closest Uncle requested me to buy him a bunch of Padron cigars and Ashton cigars as my late birthday gift for him. Well, as usual I can’t resist as to what he want ’cause he’s been so great and nice to me ever since when I was young.

As for now, I'm about to send the second batch of cargo to Philippines probably by end this week including the cigar humidifier for my Dad and Uncle as well. Hopefully, they'll all gonna love what I had for them.

Education for Children

Do you know that education is the basic foundation of knowledge and it plays a vital role in achieving success and well-being? Do you know that it is a vital element in our life and it simply makes us more mature and brave enough to facing any realty in life? Well, I conclude that education is indeed important in our everybody lives. For that, I highly recommend to each and every one of you parents that to remain responsive to the needs of their children specifically, the education aspects of a child. They must be responsible in providing quality early childhood education for their children who are at a vulnerable, but highly curious age for learning. Their minds need enrichment during their younger years and that needs to come from their education. Remember, a good foundation of education for every child is indeed crucial to become a good and productive citizen as they grow. So, every parent should seek the opinions from those who are experienced regarding daycare centers. They must consider the contributing factors that might possibly expedite the learning process of a child and to utilize this. Moreover, it is therefore obvious that a child development center plays an essential role in the child's development but also in nation building. Every child's mind can thrive and be better, and have the chance to enrich those of others in the future. For those parents out there who wish to send their children to a high quality and very standardized school, consider Green Acres Learning Center. As they say: 'cause with them, the future of your children is as bright as a morning star!".

Guidelines for your child...

Here are some guidelines for the types of play your child may be most interested in at different stages, according to Catherine Marchant, a play therapist at Wheelock College in Boston:

Social play

Interacting with you and others is important throughout the first year. Infants like to smile, look, and laugh. Older babies enjoy games such as peekaboo and itsy-bitsy spider.

Object play

Touching, banging, mouthing, throwing, pushing, and otherwise experimenting with things is fascinating for the 4- to 10-month-old set.

Functional and representational play

Pretending to use familiar objects in an appropriate way — pushing a toy lawn mower over the grass, or calling Grandma with a hairbrush, for instance — is the height of fun for 12- to 21-month-olds as their imaginations begin to blossom.

Early symbolic play

This type of play, common around the age of 2, creates something out of nothing. Your child might play with a shoebox as if it were a school bus, complete with motor noises, for example, or pretend to eat a plastic ring, insisting it’s a doughnut.

Role play

Around 30 to 36 months your little actor will begin taking on new roles. Playing doctor, teacher, or mommy is common now.

So much to remember...

Time travel so fast! Nest month I'll be turning 1 year already here in Abu Dhabi. My first time to spend a year away from home. I could still remember the first day I step this promising land and how I adjust the weather of this place, the people, the food, and everything else. And now, I can really say that I adjusted! Though its pretty hard and it took me sometime to adjust the attiudes of the people here but I managed to go along with them. Specially, at work my boss is Arab and some of my colleagues is Indians though there are few Filipinos but I can really say that its hard but I did it for good.

Right now, there's a lot of changes! I started as wireline operator and transferred to HSEQ Coordinator. The compensation is at risk. But I still accept it 'cause its better than nothing. Specially, my family is longing after me. Quiet boring sometimes but thanks God 'cause He gave friends whom I cherised now that I meet them here. They are all one of a kind. To mention few of them, Makoy who was there in my ups down. He turns to be my best friend here who keep reminding me that life is precious. He was such a wonderful person indeed. No words could explain how thankful I am to be part of his journey. Thanks Koy! To Kuya Lar, whom I just meet a month ago and never expect that there are people who are like him. A father, a brother, a friend, all rolled into one. He was the best package you can ever had. He shared a lot of his life who taught me to believed that life after all needs to be cherished and to be enjoyed. To some more guys I've meet just lately, who makes me feel that we are all in one journey who aims the best of everything thanks all.

There's so much to remember and to cherished for one whole year I've spent here in Abu Dhabi. But I guess, there's no need to elaborate more of it as it was all confidential and 1 day is not enough to share those thing. All I can say I'm grateful that I am here. I'm grateful that I experience those remarkable memories in my life. Wish me as I travel more in search for satisfaction.
